For Return and Exchange we accept goods of good quality within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.Please note that custom hats arefinal sale and can only be returned if there is a quality issue or damageupon arrival. In order to return or exchange the goods, the following conditions must be made: the goods were not in use, saved the original appearance of goods.
In order to proceed with the exchange / return of a product, send a photos of the product made from all angles or a video to confirm the quality of the product. A packaging must be exclusively a hard packing paper shipping box.
Please note: All deliveries are made at customer's expense. If the quality of the headwear will not meet the required standards it will be returned to the customer at customers expense. If the item is damaged during delivery, the exchange/return will not be confirmed and the item will be returned to the customer at customers expense.

When will I get my order?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, unless stated otherwise or if you choose Overnight Processing.
Shipping times depend on the carrier selected at checkout:
DHL Standard: 6–14 business days (U.S.)
UPS Express: approx. 6 business days (U.S.)
FedEx Express: 1–2 business days (U.S.)
